Program Highlights
Participants will receive training and the opportunity to take official certification tests, preparing them for careers in the food service industry, including MEHKOs, catering, and pop-ups/market.
Culinary skills development
Learn essential cooking techniques, food safety practices, and efficient kitchen operations to build practical, hands-on experience.
Students will have the chance to showcase their culinary creations at a local community event, gaining experience in a supportive setting.
Class will be conducted primarily in Spanish.
Selected participants will be notified via email and/or phone.
