Program Highlights

  • Participants will receive training and the opportunity to take official certification tests, preparing them for careers in the food service industry, including MEHKOs, catering, and pop-ups/market.

  • Culinary skills development

  • Learn essential cooking techniques, food safety practices, and efficient kitchen operations to build practical, hands-on experience.

  • Students will have the chance to showcase their culinary creations at a local community event, gaining experience in a supportive setting.

  • Class will be conducted primarily in Spanish.

  • Selected participants will be notified via email and/or phone.

    • Our program is ideal for anyone interested in launching or growing a career in the culinary field or in developing practical kitchen skills.
