A Community That Built Its Own Center

The Sherman Heights Community Center promotes educational, health, personal development, and cultural programs that enhance the well-being of individuals and families across our neighborhoods. Whether your family has been here for generations or you arrived last month, this center is yours.

Our roots run deep in the Mexican-American community that built this neighborhood. For generations, residents here have used art as an avenue toward empowerment and collaboration, creating and preserving a culture of rich history right here at our center. That tradition shapes everything we do, and everyone is invited to be part of it.
